The Onboarder app is now in Private Beta and is an exciting addition to help existing communities invite their members to claim membership and benefits.
With a focus on personal interactions across various social platforms including Email, SMS and Whatsapp, Frontcover’s Onboarder app isn’t just about simplifying and automating communications, but also about making sure community members feel like they are part of something.
Like the website, our templates are designed to visually communicate the latest updates and benefits of being a part of the community.
Once members have claimed membership - the Onboarder app can easily exclude people who have taken up membership.
We have several templates that you can easily customise.
All messages to onboard members can be scheduled to roll out at a specified date and time. This includes any reminders and follow ups.
We track everything so you can see what channels are effective, and learn if your community members are interacting with links and visuals - including the updates and member benefits featured in messages.

An uploaded email list is a useful feature for community managers using our onboarding platform. Uploading this list allows you to quickly and efficiently send an email to multiple members signed up to a community page. Instead of manually entering each user's information, the platform will automatically process the list and send out welcome emails, onboarding materials, and other important information. This saves time, reduces the chance of errors, and ensures a smooth, organised onboarding experience for new members.

Including community cards is important because they highlight key events or updates within the community. These cards can showcase achievements, upcoming activities, or important announcements, making the email more engaging and informative. They help build a sense of connection and belonging among members by celebrating their contributions and keeping everyone informed.

Call to action (CTA) buttons are important to guide the reader on what to do next. These buttons, such as "Claim Membership" or "Learn More," stand out in an email, making it clear what action you want the community member to take. This helps increase engagement and conversion rates, as it’s easy for people to know where to click to get more information or complete a task.

Showcasing benefits and including a link in the email is important because it helps catch the reader's attention and motivates them to take action. Highlighting benefits quickly shows the reader what's in it for them, making them more interested in what will be offered in the membership. Including a link provides a clear and easy way for them to learn more or get started, increasing the chances they will follow through. This combination makes your email more effective in achieving its goals.

Including social media links in an email is important because it helps expand your reach and engage with your audience on multiple platforms. When readers see these links, they can easily follow or connect with your community on social media, which can increase awareness. It also provides additional ways for them to interact with your content and stay updated on news and features.
